Laxmi leads the foundation with a clear vision to empower underprivileged communities through education. With over 15 years of experience in nonprofit management, she brings strategic leadership and a deep commitment to driving meaningful change. Based in Sydney, Australia, Laxmi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.

Executive Director

Madhav oversees the implementation of educational programs and co-leads the foundation alongside Laxmi, ensuring initiatives effectively meet the needs of the community. Based in Sydney, Australia, he brings over 20 years of corporate experience to the foundation. Madhav holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree and a Master’s degree in Information Management from Australia.
